We deliver large scale experiences as a service at SOSO. This requires us to rapidly build robust, reliable systems that can immerse, inspire, and inform day in and day out. Gratitude Canvas is a digital display that allows healthcare professionals to quickly text messages of gratitude to each other. The product is currently being developed and piloted with Boston Children’s Hospital, and provides a solution to burnout and disconnection in any modern workplace.

CivicSpeak is a sophisticated AI based content moderation tool that can understand context, audience, and intention. The tool enables a new level of public discourse and meaning to shine in the digital experiences we design and deliver at SOSO.
